United Way 5K

So my work had a 5K race today, from the front of our work down to a nearby park, three laps and then back. I wasn't going to run fast but then I felt so good I started to speed. But then went too fast and felt pretty miserable the rest of the run, but I finished it out and was 18th...out of 34 people, yay.
