Birthday Fun

We went to see The Hobbit in 3D, shown at a high frame rate which took a little getting used to.  We totally loved it and can't wait for the next two films!  Too bad I wasn't feeling super great with early signs of a head cold and fever creeping up on me, but seeing the movie actually made me feel a little better, even if it was all in my head.

We then headed to a bar called Characters where we met up with a few friends that could join us on a Sunday night and in crappy weather.

After stopping by at an expensive deli, getting just a beer for Brian, we find our late night eats where our two entrees was less than a sandwich at the deli.

Super slow morning, feeling completely horrible even after taking some NyQuil before bed, and now Brian started to feel a little sick too.  Wah!

Took a dose of daytime NyQuil and we walked up to Shake Shake for some eats.  I totally would have gotten a concrete if I was feeling normal.  The weather was not as crappy as the day before but windy, cold and cloudy.
